Rick Hicks, Ph.D.,
Rick is the President of OM USA and was formerly on
staff with Forest Home Christian Conference Center in California.
He and his wife, Kathy, recently co-authored the Focus on
the Family book Boomers, Xers and Other Strangers: Understanding
the Generational Differences that Divide Us. Previously,
Rick co-authored, with John Trent, the Focus on the Family
book Seeking Solid Ground, an in-depth look at Psalm 15. Rick
speaks at retreats, conferences and seminars with a focus
on generational issues and understanding how different age
groups approach life. He also does team-building seminars
for church and organization staff groups.
Rick is a graduate of California Polytechnic University,
Azusa Pacific University, and Claremont Graduate School.

Bill
Drake
Bill Drake is International Music Minister for OM,
and is Director of Creative Ministries at OM USA. He and his
team present multi-media concerts around the world with a
missions, prayer or evangelistic focus, ministering to people
of all ages. Bill's ministry also includes leading worship,
preaching and teaching in church services and missions conferences,
and giving seminars on worship.
Bill is a graduate of Biola University. He and his family
served with OM in the UK for 10 years before returning to
the US in 2001. Bill has produced several albums of music
with a strong missions message. These can be purchased through

Sheila Slocum
Sheila works in Women's Ministries with OM, a role
that includes encouraging Christian women in their faith and
helping to enlarge their vision for the world. She also draws
on her own background and her experience in counseling women
around the world to speak about true freedom in Christ and
her desire that every woman would experience it. She is available
to speak to women's groups.
Sheila has been with OM since 1989 and has ministered in
Europe, Asia, the Middle East and onboard OM's two ships.
She is also involved with the AD 2000 & Beyond Movement's
Women's Prayer Track.

Richard "Chip"
Kirk
Chip is an international speaker and trainer with
Operation Mobilization, USA. He and his wife, Stellise,
have served with OM since 1987. They have two grown daughters.
Before
joining OM, Chip served as a pastor with the Christian &
Missionary Alliance Church. He has a Masters of Divinity
Degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
During his time with OM, Chip has preached and held seminars
in various parts of Europe, Africa, Mexico, the Middle East, Central Asia
and the Indian Subcontinent. As a ventriloquist, Chip
also enjoys using his pals to uniquely present biblical truths.
Chip's purpose statement is as follows: "I exist
to worship Jesus Christ by abiding in Him moment-by-moment
as a branch abides in a vine, and to encourage others to
do the same."

Frank Dietz
Frank is an OM Minister-at-Large. Although based in
Sacramento, Calif., he travels extensively. He has served
in India, Nepal, Finland, the Middle East, Latin America and
on the OM ships. He is the author of two books in Spanish
and Portugese: Restoration of a Biblical Ministry and
Needed: Men of Character. Frank speaks in mission conferences,
as well as at gatherings of pastors and Christian leaders.

Keith Haywood
Keith is OM USA's Vice President of Church Mobilization,
leads a ministry that seeks to serve local churches and help facilitate partnerships between churches and OM minsitries worldwide. Keith speaks at conferences, seminars and
churches on the Biblical basis and challenge of global evangelization,
cross-cultural preparataion, short-term missions, church history
and Bible Survey.
Keith graduated from the Bible College of Wales and has an
Associate Degree in Pastoral Ministry from New Orleans Baptist
Theological Seminary. He and his wife spent eight years with
OM's ships before joining the OM USA team.

Richard Sharp
Richard’s approach to connecting with people has been described like using jumper cables, sparking people into action. Others describe Richard’s unique speaking style as VIP Communication:
Visual! Interactive! Personal! Hailing from England, Richard is an international speaker with Operation Mobilization, and over thirty years has spoken in conferences, churches, colleges, and youth events.
Richard has a passion to mobilize God’s people both locally and globally. Locally he served as an associate pastor in England and helped launch a church in Vancouver, Canada while obtaining his Masters of Divinity. Globally in India, and in leadership on board OM’s mission ships: Logos, Doulos and Logos II he has ministered in nearly 100 nations.

Henry Janowski
Henry is OM USA's Vice President for Strategic Giving.
He travels around the world discerning the needs of OM fields/teams.
He then presents these needs to various US foundations, churches
and individuals who have a heart to give, go and pray.
He has served with OM since 1992. Henry and his family hold
to "knowing God and making him known" as their purpose statement.
Henry shares his desire to mobilise people, prayer and finances
at churches, missions seminars and pastors' conferences.

Andrew Scott
Andrew Scott is the Vice President for Recruiting. Andrew
has traveled both nationally and internationally, speaking
to churches and college groups,
exciting them about
God's incredible plan for their lives.
Impassioned as a young man while involved in the innovative
ministry of the OM ships, he saw God at work in and through
his life. He is now highly motivated to help others experience
that same work of God in their lives. Andrew's vision is to
help people know more of God and all that He wants them to
be as His childred which will ultimately lead them to do all
He has for them to do as His Ambassadors.
Andrew, a native of Northern Ireland, is a graduate of Belfast
Bible College and has served with OM for over seven years.
Most of this time was spent overseeing the teaching and training
ministries on board one of the OM ships. Andrew also served
as a pastor in his own country for a number of years.

Jack Rendel
Jack is a Minister-at-Large with a special emphasis
on the Spanish-speaking world where he preaches and teaches
in Spanish. He also teaches in English-language settings,
teaching books of the Bible and speaking about missions. Jack
specializes in teaching Bible books and has been working on
Mark for more than 25 years. He incorporates a missions theme
in his teaching sessions.
Jack has served in OM since 1964 in Latin America, Spain,
the Middle East, England an on one of the OM ships. He is
a graduate of Moody Bible Institute. Jack and his family are
now based in the USA.

Dale Rhoton
Dale is President Emeritus for OM Ships.
He speaks at mission conferences, churches, Sunday Schools,
camps, civic clubs and other venues. His favorite theme is
reporting on missions around the world. He also ministers
on many biblical subjects, including leadership, commitment,
prayer and worship.
Dale is a founding member of Operation Mobilization, having
joined George Verwer on an initial trip to distribute Bibles
in Mexico in 1957 while they were both college students. Since
that time, Dale and his family have served in the Middle East
and Central Europe and directed the ship ministry for nearly
20 years. Dale is a graduate of Wheaton College.

Graham Wells
Graham Wells is OM USA's Chief Operating Officer and Director of Prayer Ministries. Graham has traveled both nationally and internationally, speaking in churches, helping lead worship and prayer meetings, and encouraging "joyful prayer in His house of prayer for all nations" (Isaiah 56:7).
Graham, a native of England, has served over 20 years with OM in many different parts of the world, including Eastern Europe, Iran and on the M.V. Logos. He is available to teach on prayer or to lead a creative missions-focused prayer event.

Terre Haas
Terre is Director of Pastoral Ministries with OM USA. His twenty three years as pastor of a missions-engaged church in Atlanta, GA have prepared him for his OM roles of preaching and teaching on missions, as well as connecting with pastors and churches in order to stir them to delight in Christ and declare Him to all peoples.
Terre has a Master of Divinity degree from Columbia Biblical Seminary in Columbia, SC. His undergraduate degree is from Georgia Tech. He and his wife Susan have two grown sons.
