Film and Literature Teams
Film and Literature teams combine a pioneering multi-media ministry with a personal and holistic approach to transforming communities with the love of the living God. Their main activities include house visitation, film shows, literacy classes and health and hygiene awareness programs. OM India’s workers are committed to partner with local churches to disciple new believers. In areas where local fellowships do not exist, OM India’s Film and Literature teams are actively involved in starting new believers’ fellowships under OM India’s Good Shepherd Community Church network. |
Operation Mobilization India currently has 175 Film and Literature Teams. Each team is made up of six national workers ages 18-30. These workers are also students in OM India’s Asian College of Cultural Studies, enrolled in the Bachelor of Ministry course, Master of Divinity course or Master of Arts course. They have a commitment of at least four years in OM India and work in cooperation with local churches to bring transformation to communities through the love of God.
