The Pastor on mission
Pastor Ministry Opportunities
Pastors and other church staff are welcome to speak, teach and/or provide training at OM outreach events overseas, team retreats or training programs. Most of these events are under one week in duration, so that pastors would not miss more than one Sunday in their own pulpits. In most cases, OM provides food, accommodation and transportation while you are with us. You are asked to cover the cost of your travel to the team or event location. Pastor Vision Trips
OM regularly arranges for pastors and other church leaders to visit one or more countries where our teams are working. These visits are for the purpose of gaining understanding and perspective on current and potential ministry opportunities, and to discuss how your church might partner with that team. Pastors and their spouses are also welcome to accompany OM USA staff on overseas trips for the same purpose. Typically you are asked to cover the cost of your flight and transport between fields (if needed) and any food or accommodation costs that cannot be provided by the OM team.
