Global Focus

Operation Mobilization partners with Global Focus, a ministry that “exists to glorify God by serving pastors and church leaders, helping them to be more effective in leading their churches to reach the world for Christ.”

Several of our leaders are trained to teach and mentor in the local church context using the Global Focus material.

The Global Focus Leadership Seminar is designed to equip senior pastors, church staff and key church leaders with the principles and tools necessary to grow a Great Commission church. These leadership events are held several times a year in different parts of the country.

The Global Focus Seminar is a dynamic weekend event for a local church designed to empower its leadership to mobilize the congregation for more effective local and global outreach.

Mentoring Services is a personalized process designed to equip the local church to mobilize personnel, prayer and financial resources to impact the world for Christ. This process includes the development and implementation of a corporate mission strategy that will give every member the opportunity to discover his or her role and purpose in God’s kingdom.
