We accept sacrifice as fundamental to Christ-like ministry and, therefore, are not surprised when following the Servant King involves suffering, dishonor, financial struggles and personal discomfort. (John 13:14-17; II Cor. 8:9; Phil. 2:3-7)
Loving and Valuing People
The value of the individual motivates us both in evangelism and the care of our co-workers. The Great Commandment provides the foundation for the Great Commission. (Gen. 1:26, 27; Mark 12:31; I Cor 13; I John 3:16, 17)
Reflecting the Diversity of the Body of Christ
In today's world we enhance our effectiveness as we work together with evangelical Christians from a variety of theological, national and racial backgrounds. (Eph. 2:11-22; I Cor. 12:12-14)

Evangelizing the World
As a fellowship we evaluate our opportunities by how they contribute to world evangelization. (Isa. 49:6; Psalm 67; Matt. 28:19, 20; Acts 1:8)
Interceding for the World
Prayer for the world is a central part of our personal and team life. And wherever we go, we seek to help God's people intercede for the nations more effectively. (Luke10:2, 3; I Tim. 2:1, Acts 1:14)
Esteeming the Church
Genuine partnership with local churches in the sending countries and in the target ministry fields is of prime importance to us. (Phil. 1:3-5; Eph. 5:25b-27)
