I visited a Buddhist temple in Katmandu, Nepal. These boys were dedicated to the temple by their parents and will spend the rest of their lives there. At this particular time they were filling rice bags to sell to worshippers. We had to walk up over 500 steps to get up to the temple, and once I got up there I realized why it was nicknamed "The Monkey Temple." The place was crowded with monkeys. |
