Will there be a meal at the Friday night celebration event?
No, there will be a reception with light refreshments. You may want to eat something before you arrive.
Can I bring my children?
We will provide childcare for pre-school children at the Friday evening celebration only.
Please indicate the number of children you require care for on the “Tell us you’re coming” form. You are welcome to bring school aged children into the worship center. Please be considerate of others seated around you.
We plan to offer a Kid’s Corner for kids 4 and up during the Friday afternoon and Saturday morning events. There will be no nursery during these events.
Will there be transportation from/to the airport or the event venues?
Due to the numbers we are expecting, we are not able to provide transportation from/to the airport or the event venues. However, if you are flying into Atlanta on Friday and need directions, we will have someone stationed in the airport Atrium until 5pm who can assist you.
How far is New Hope Baptist Church (north campus) from OM USA?
The church is 12 miles from OM USA.
Which OM leaders will be attending the celebration?
George Verwer, Dale Rhoton, Peter Maiden and the International Area Coordinators, plus a number of other current and former field leaders, together with their spouses, will be with us.
How can I sign up for the Saturday brunch?
Use the “Tell us you’re coming” button on the home page to register your participation.
How far are OM USA and New Hope Baptist Church (north campus) from the Atlanta airport?
Both places are approximately 30 minutes drive from the Atlanta Airport.
Will OM arrange accommodation for me?
Due to the large number of people expected, we are not able to arrange accommodation. Please refer to the Lodging button on this site for hotel/motel information in the vicinity of the 50th venues. |
